Abstract
On August 23, the finals of the Shanxi regional competition of the 13th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, themed “Gathering Through Innovation, Moving Forward with Renewal,” concluded successfully in Taiyuan. The event was hosted by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Taiyuan Municipal Government, and co-organized by the Shanxi Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center, the Taiyuan Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, and Guotou Jinchuang Valley (Taiyuan) Development and Operation Co., Ltd.
Since its launch in June this year, the competition has attracted 417 participating companies, with entries spanning seven sectors, including high-end equipment manufacturing, next-generation information technology, new materials, and biopharmaceuticals. The finals employed a pitch‑and‑Q&A format: eight minutes for a PPT presentation followed by seven minutes of on‑site questioning, with scoring conducted by 30 technical review experts. After fierce competition and multiple rounds of selection, the ultimate winners were determined. mountain Xi’an Yunzhi Intelligent Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.’s entry, “Smart Mine: Wanli Hengfeng”—the nation’s first constant‑wind reversing system for explosion‑proof main ventilation fans in mining—achieved outstanding results, earning high praise from the judges and securing the First Prize in the Shanxi regional competition for advanced equipment manufacturing.
Anyun Company consistently places technological innovation at the forefront, maintaining long-term collaborations with numerous universities and research institutes, including China University of Mining and Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and the Institute of Fluid Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. By promptly translating cutting-edge technologies from the fan industry into practical applications, Anyun continuously advances process modernization and elevates product sophistication, while pioneering new frontiers in digital empowerment and green transformation to secure a competitive edge in emerging markets.
Anyun Company will take this competition as an opportunity to continuously pursue management and technological innovation in its future development, thereby strengthening its core competitiveness. By steadfastly advancing technological innovation and product upgrades, the company will further expand its market reach, deliver more groundbreaking achievements in the high-end equipment manufacturing sector, provide users with high‑quality products and services, and make an even greater contribution to the safe production and sustainable development of China’s mining industry.
Project Overview:
The main ventilation fan’s no‑stop, reverse‑start system primarily involves adding a horizontal short‑circuit test damper to the existing ventilation system. This damper reduces the ventilation resistance during grid‑connected starting in the conventional stop‑and‑reverse mode, thereby increasing the success rate of the main fan motor’s startup.
To enhance the success rate of switching between main ventilation fans and to prevent delays caused by sudden failures of the standby fan during the switchover, this project adopts a transition from cold standby to hot standby. Specifically, the standby fan is started while the operating main fan remains running; once the standby fan has started up normally, the switch is executed, thereby achieving reliable hot standby. If the standby fan fails to start properly, the switchover can be temporarily suspended to first troubleshoot the fault and carry out equipment maintenance. Since the actual switchover process has not yet commenced at this point, the normal operation of the original fan and the ventilation network remain unaffected, thus resolving the uncertainty regarding whether the standby fan can reliably start under the conventional shutdown‑and‑switch mode.
The retrofitting process does not interfere with the normal operation of the fan, and a one‑click switch enables complete reversal of the fan’s rotation within 90 seconds.
